What a great company! The tap I purchased last year is fabulous and lives up to all expectations. I had ordered 3 new filters for the tap but was, unfortunately, let down by a thief within the DPD courier company, who had cut open the package and stolen 2 of them. Ahmed took ownership of the situation and is sending out replacements, prior to it being sorted out by DPD. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Easy to install. Just a twist clockwise to undo, and then replace. Not necessary to turn off the water as long as you are not using the tap.

It was easy to replace

It was easy to replace the carbon filter but it was very tight and being under the sink a little awkward. It did not seem to stop the occasional long drip but hoping this will correct in time
