Response Times: Email responses typically take 2-3 working days, but please allow up to a week during busy periods.
Rapid Order Processing: Our warehouse processes orders quickly, often overnight, so it's crucial to contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation Fee: If your order is dispatched before cancellation, a £30 fee applies, covering packaging, shipping, and insurance costs. No fee is charged for cancellations made before dispatch.
Refund Process: We promptly process refunds following successful cancellations. For email cancellations, a follow-up call can ensure timely action.
