To keep your Hanström product performing at its best and to ensure your warranty remains intact, please follow these essential guidelines:

Regular filter changes

  • Every 6 Months: Change your filters every 6 months to maintain optimal performance and water quality.
  • For Hard Water Areas: If you’re in a hard water area, replace your filters every 3 months to prevent scale buildup and protect your system.

Know your water type

Check Water Hardness: Determine if your area has hard water by consulting your local water authority or using a home test kit. Adjust your filter replacement schedule accordingly.

Nice tap shame about the instructions

Very nice tap but the instructions did not match the fittings nor the nicely numbered hoses. Just required a bit more thought before fitting. Otherwise would have been 5 star.

Great but not brilliant !!!

Got this some time ago to complete a Kitchen re-furb which was only completed yesterday. Our fitted advised the hot and cold pipes were/are the wrong way around ! Hot pipe has one size fitting, the cold another, apart from returning the unit, wet now have to live with it as the wrong way round. This to be honest disappointing, the tap says Hot, but it’s cold and vice versa. Functionally wise, we are very pleased but the small details are not good !

Fantastic product - style and quality at a great price!

We were delighted to find the Hanstrom 4-in-1 tap at such a reasonable price. Easy to use, instant hot water so no more waiting for the kettle or the dreaded descale which needs to be done regularly with our hard Wiltshire water.

4in1 Boiling Water tap

The unit arrived very quickly and was able to get a plumbing engineer the following day and the unit was plumbed in but due to the boiling tap constantly running I contacted the help desk and after discussing it with the help desk it was decided that the boiler unit was faulty and a replacement unit was to be sent out and it arrived 3 day’s later and was installed again by the plumbing engineer following the installation process but the boiling spring tap didn’t stop flowing when released but after several attempts it started working properly and is great , the plumbing engineer thought the diagrams and numbering could have been better

Great unit but fitting instruction manual useless!!!

Tap is great but the fitting instructions had totally the wrong numbers for the pipes. Had to down load the instruction manual from your web site which had the exact same manual but the numbers were correct.

Installation was very easy.

A 2-in-1 kitchen tap is a standard mixer that delivers mains hot water and mains cold water.

A 3-in-1 instant boiling water tap delivers mains hot, mains cold, and instant filtered boiling water.

A 4-in-1 instant boiling water tap delivers mains hot, mains cold, instant filtered boiling water, plus filtered cold (or filtered chilled on some models) drinking water.

A 5-in-1 instant boiling water tap delivers mains hot, mains cold, instant filtered boiling water, filtered cold, and chilled filtered water.
Are boiling water taps expensive to run?

We have designed our boiling water taps to be extremely energy-efficient, costing less than 10p a day to run. The greatest saving, however, is time. With a boiling water tap, you'll no longer have to wait for the kettle to boil or juggle multiple kettles of water.

Kettles cost a few pence per boil, which means they may cost more to run if they're used multiple times a day.
Are instant boiling water taps safe?

Yes, our taps are designed with safety in mind. The spring-loaded mechanism prevents little ones from accessing boiling water, while also switching the boiling water function off when you move away from the sink. What's more, at 98°C, the near-boiling water is dispensed in a steady stream without spluttering.

Our taps are safer than kettles for a few reasons:

  1. They can't be moved around the room, unlike a kettle
  2. They don't become hot to the touch, unlike a kettle
  3. They have a spring-loaded mechanism to prevent children from accessing boiling water
