After initially having a problem with the first tap, I contacted customer service and Ahmed dealt with this so professionally. I return the tap free of charge and was sent one straight away. It was installed and we just love it. Looks wonderful in our new kitchen

Easy process to order and delivered quickly in good packaging. Looks and use of tap is of good quality and thus good value.
Fitted myself as a diyer.
Need to synchronise instructions between tap and boiler! You need to remove the brass fitting from its holder and thread the tails through before fitting to tap!
Other than that all ok.
Would recommend and have recommended. My sister in law now as one!

Excellent product. Thoroughly impressed with quality and style. It works very well, has plenty of settings and was easily installed with the comprehensive instructions supplied. The matt black finish is perfect.
Had our hot water boiler installed July -August 2023, by May 2024 the boiler stopped heating, changed filter but still no joy. Apparently you need to change the filter every 6 months to stop any calcification (£50). We are out all day so it was hardly used. However leaving the filter for 9 months has damaged the boiler, so back to the kettle till we can sort it. Really disappointed

Really happy with this boiling water tap. Easy to install and works as it should. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is the noise when it reheats. This is probably the same with the others makes.....

We installed a hot water tap in our new galley kitchen to save space. It is very convenient when cooking and saves time, energy and space. The only downside, annoyance maybe is that it sometimes drip while the boiler fills up again directly after it has been used. I have not noticed this happening every time though. The hot water tap should be turn on slowly to avoid being splashed in the face with boiling hot water. A mistake you will only make once!
