Having previously had a Quooker hot water tap I was unsure about buying a different brand, the rice of this tap was substantially less than the Quooker tap so had my reservations. Installed the tap myself which was a pretty straight forward task. The quality of the tap itself is excellent and the boiler unit neat and compact. Very happy with the performance of the tap and so far so good. Delivery time was also impressive. I would recommend this product to anyone who is unsure about buying.
Bought as replacement for different make and was easy to install, looks great and will be far more economical to run with Verana parts. Result
Arrived well packaged and I was surprised how sturdy the tap is. Fitting was easy and using all the tap functions are simple and instant. A very good buy and I would recommend the product to friends and family.

I ordered a hot water tap from Verana, when it arrived it had a slight imperfection in the metal, spoke with their customer service team and they resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. I received the new tap within days, excellent service and would highly recommend.
Been installed and is working on at moment. Esthetically it is just what I wanted and the gunmetal grey colour matches my door hardware on kitchen units perfectly.
I wanted to wait until the tap was fitted before reviewing as the reviews are only on it's own website which seemed a bit dodgy (should have a trust pilot or similar).
Have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first as I done a lot of digging on the company to see how reliable these taps were as the pricing seemed too good to be true. I had found good and bad things about the customer service but I've not had any dealings so could not comment on that part.
With regards to the tap itself, it looks great and does dish out 98c hot water. The small boiler does make a small noise when heating but nothing too loud - not as loud as the central heating boiler.
