Great product and service

This works and looks fantastic. No spitting as some hot taps and makes a great cup of tea. Customer service was really efficient when I needed to return the boiler a new one was sent straight away. Couldn’t be more happy with my choice.

Really good customer service, had to swap the tap a few times due to which colour we ordered, then the handle was to big because of our quartz so they gave us a smaller handle which we can open our tap full now. Had a couple of issues with the pipes that go to to tap itself so they sent out replacements straight away.

However plumber said he didn’t think it was the best quality had to take it off a couple of times due to the rubber seal not working on the rubber pipes.
Up and running now, really good tap looks very good and would recommend to other people who don’t want to pay quooker prices.

One thing I don’t like about it however is when you stop running the hot tap it delays an still runs for a couple of seconds before it ends so have to bare that in mind when making a tea/coffee

FAQ's
What is the difference between a 2-in-1, 3-in-1, 4-in-1 and 5-in-1 tap?

A 2-in-1 kitchen tap is a standard mixer that delivers mains hot water and mains cold water.

A 3-in-1 instant boiling water tap delivers mains hot, mains cold, and instant filtered boiling water.

A 4-in-1 instant boiling water tap delivers mains hot, mains cold, instant filtered boiling water, plus filtered cold (or filtered chilled on some models) drinking water.

A 5-in-1 instant boiling water tap delivers mains hot, mains cold, instant filtered boiling water, filtered cold, and chilled filtered water.
Are boiling water taps expensive to run?

We have designed our boiling water taps to be extremely energy-efficient, costing less than 10p a day to run. The greatest saving, however, is time. With a boiling water tap, you'll no longer have to wait for the kettle to boil or juggle multiple kettles of water.

Kettles cost a few pence per boil, which means they may cost more to run if they're used multiple times a day.
Are instant boiling water taps safe?

Yes, our taps are designed with safety in mind. The spring-loaded mechanism prevents little ones from accessing boiling water, while also switching the boiling water function off when you move away from the sink. What's more, at 98°C, the near-boiling water is dispensed in a steady stream without spluttering.

Our taps are safer than kettles for a few reasons:

  1. They can't be moved around the room, unlike a kettle
  2. They don't become hot to the touch, unlike a kettle
  3. They have a spring-loaded mechanism to prevent children from accessing boiling water

How long does a boiling water tap last?

Our taps are designed to last for years, even in areas with hard water. A boiling water tap that has been properly maintained may last up to a decade or longer. What's more, our 2 year warranty (1 year on Hanström 4-in-1 Swan and Square taps) ensures you are covered in the rare event that your tap malfunctions.
