I bought this tap because the boiler had to go in the cupboard next to the sink unit and that meant the boiler outlet hose had to be longer than on most taps and this one was just long enough. Assembling all the hoses and fitting to the worktop was tricky but if you follow the instructions it gets done. One odd thing is that the filter housing cannot be fitted to a flat surface but that was easily overcome. So far, it does what it says on the tin and the wife says her tea tastes good and there's nothing more important than that!

Very happy with the tap once it is fitted. Some of the fittings could be better designed to save cupboard space.
The product is good but I was a little disappointed when the safety aspect of the spring shut off failed only after 6 days. I contacted Verana and they were very helpful and sent me a video of the repair. As my husband is a very handy man he was able to carry out the repair. However as a women with no tool experience I would have had to pay for someone to fix it.

I only went online to find a normal tap and saw the hot water tap at such a great price with fab reviews. So I had to buy one!
My wife insisted on buying this as i wasn't convinced the investment was worth while. However, it turns out to be extremely convenient and as intended, it saves space on the worktop. It would have been great to have a time or have the option to add a schedule and when power goes down, it doesn't automatically restart. . . but these are things to improve rather than a critique at the moment. Used for a month and so far so good - will have toc heck in again in a year's time.

We have a combi boiler that takes an age to get hot water to our kitchen sink. The tap over comes this problem instantly. Would highly recommend.
Reheats in seconds, fits easily under the sink and doesn’t make too much noise.

Excellent product and as good as dearer alternatives. Arrived way before our kitchen did so had to wait for installation. Our kettle is now living in a cupboard
