Great tap sleek design easy to fit love the filtered water option
The water tap is fit for purpose. The reason for this statement is based on the ability to operate the hot water tap for someone who has Arthritis. Pressing the safety button and rotating the tap against the spring auto close mechanism is extremely difficult.
If this issue wasn’t present then I would have rated the tap with 4 Stars.

I am finding the left hand hot water turn on difficult to handle.
I am finding it very difficult to turn the left hand tap to get boiling water it is very hard, stiff and difficult to turn. i am worried about this as the boiling water was one of the main main reasons for buying this product.
So far so good, installed about a month and we’ve seen a little saving on energy by not using a kettle and not the immediacy of piping hot water is such a time saver if you’re a tea or coffee drinker.

Greatl tap just find it a bit fiddly to operate hot filtered due to the very small level and the resistance turning the tap. Maybe it will be easier with more use.

Unfortunately I have had to return it as the fitting was too big to fit the ceramic sink in the kitchen. I was very disappointed as the sink looked amazing.

Starting off with the packaging - really well packaged and delivered within the guideline timescales. I was a bit apprehensive about this tap as it appeared so cheap compared to some of the models available. I was happily shocked with the quality of this product, real great quality, solid and beautifully finished. The tank and the under sink products were also very good quality. Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. Start to finish installation took me around 2 hours, including the strip out of the old one. This is a job for anyone fairly handy with DIY. Finished installation looks great and everything seems to be working fine. In fact I’m drinking a lovely cup of hot coffee as I write this :-) 5 Stars for this product
A really good product, easy to install, doesn’t need much cupboard space and manufactured to a high standard. The actual tap is a fantastic feature in the kitchen now. Deep quality chrome, looks amazing. The kit arrived beautifully packed and within a couple of days of ordering. Well done Verana!!
We have recently purchased this product and it’s definitely been the best deicion. It was easy to assemble and the taste of the filtered water is great. Also being able to make a cup of tea less than a minute is the bonus. Will highly recommend the product.
Wow.. what can I say, my friend recommended this tap and at first I was in 2 minds. But when I finally bought and installed I would never ever go back to a normal tap and we have also got rid of our kettle. 5* plus and great quality product and price also. Best thing since sliced bread for sure.
