Been on the look out for an instant hot water top for a while, saw these on offer read the reviews and haven’t been disappointed the perfect finish to our kitchen revamp.

Love the tap. Easy to install. Only downside - it’s quite noisy when the water heater kicks in.
The tap was a little tricky to fit but got there in the end and looks very nice. The boiling water leaver is stiff so pushing the button in and pushing the lever away at the same time is not easy and could be difficult for someone lacking strength in their thumb and wrist.
We have just had our Verana tap fitted. We are absolutely over the moon. The tap isn’t just good to look at it works brilliantly. The boiling water as fantastic and we can make cups of tea straight from the tap! Absolutely love it, and fantastic value compared to other makes available…
I don’t often leave reviews but I really like this tap. I went for a cheaper option than my previous model as the one I had before had doubled in price. It was a risk but I really love it. Works perfectly and looks really nice.

I ordered this on Sunday and it arrived Tuesday. Great service, packed securely and looks fantastic. I’ve not fitted it yet, so will update this review once I have.
Good capacity.Boiling water function is easy to use. Taps look good and also easy to use. We are well pleased with our purchase.
It is great to have boing water at the turn of a dial.
We like our Verana. The only criticism we have is that the tiny. operating button is not easy for elderly people, especially with arthritis, to operate.

Good product but had to purchase a short stem cold tap head as long stem fouled. Short stem fixed the problem.
Verana reception staff were helpful in overcoming the problem.
The thermal flask stopped working after about 12 months not worth the money

Performance great but the inclusion of 2 installation manuals was very confusing, particularly as one had no reference to what it refered. My plumber tried to call you but could get no response.

Unlike my previous hot tank this product can be easily switched on and off and has a range of easily set temperature settings. Love the digital display and the taps look classy. Easy to fit

Hard to see why much more expensive product would be any better. Tap is well made tank neat in cupbrd. Only had couple of weeks so cant comment on durability
