Regular filter changes

  • Every 6 Months: Change your filters every 6 months to maintain optimal performance and water quality.
  • For Hard Water Areas: If you’re in a hard water area, replace your filters every 3 months to prevent scale buildup and protect your system.

Know your water type

Check Water Hardness: Determine if your area has hard water by consulting your local water authority or using a home test kit. Adjust your filter replacement schedule accordingly.

Good tap so far

A little tricky to fit but looks good and works well so far. I had to remove the rubber lock ring under worktop as I could not get the clamp ring tight enough to stop the tap from wobbling and spinning.

Absolutely delighted!

As our tap was leaking and needed replacing we thought we go for thos upgrade. It's wonderful, we are so pleased with it. Highly recommend. Fitted by a plumber who was also impressed with the quality and ease of fitting. Our basin hole wasn't big enough for the tap but easily resolved, could be the basin not being standard size. Only thing to mention is the boiling tap is quite hard to press and turn, as it should be for safety, but if you had any weakness or mobility difficulties in your left hand it would be a struggle.

Fantastic tap and easy installation

Our new tap and "boiler" unit were so easy to install I thought I'd missed something.
Biggest problem I had was working out where the wee blue collets went during installation of the filter.
The kettle cable is only 1.0 metre long and I had to buy a 1.5 to reach the socket I had installed.
The water heats up so quickly and the tap is very positive and responsive.
Absolutely love the product which was sent very swiftly and without any hassle.

What is the difference between a 2-in-1, 3-in-1, 4-in-1 and 5-in-1 tap?

A 2-in-1 kitchen tap is a standard mixer that delivers mains hot water and mains cold water.

A 3-in-1 instant boiling water tap delivers mains hot, mains cold, and instant filtered boiling water.

A 4-in-1 instant boiling water tap delivers mains hot, mains cold, instant filtered boiling water, plus filtered cold (or filtered chilled on some models) drinking water.

A 5-in-1 instant boiling water tap delivers mains hot, mains cold, instant filtered boiling water, filtered cold, and chilled filtered water.
Are boiling water taps expensive to run?

We have designed our boiling water taps to be extremely energy-efficient, costing less than 10p a day to run. The greatest saving, however, is time. With a boiling water tap, you'll no longer have to wait for the kettle to boil or juggle multiple kettles of water.

Kettles cost a few pence per boil, which means they may cost more to run if they're used multiple times a day.
Are instant boiling water taps safe?

Yes, our taps are designed with safety in mind. The spring-loaded mechanism prevents little ones from accessing boiling water, while also switching the boiling water function off when you move away from the sink. What's more, at 98°C, the near-boiling water is dispensed in a steady stream without spluttering.

Our taps are safer than kettles for a few reasons:

  1. They can't be moved around the room, unlike a kettle
  2. They don't become hot to the touch, unlike a kettle
  3. They have a spring-loaded mechanism to prevent children from accessing boiling water
